Exchanges and returns

Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that is a shame, we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange the product within 14 days. The seal (packaging of the order) must be unopened. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

We will then exchange the product within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The costs for returning are for your own account.

In addition to the high costs, it also puts extra CO2 into the air. In addition to saving you a lot of costs, the environment is also not further polluted. With this system we save a lot of CO2 and in this way we contribute to the
slowing down global warming

PLEASE NOTE! A return shipment must first be reported so that we can
can provide additional instructions regarding the return shipment and in addition
be informed that we can expect a shipment.
A return shipment must be provided with a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received the items you returned,
product exchanged and shipped by us within 14 days.
